Fitty Tech offers an Open-to-Check service. You can inspect your order at delivery before making payment, subject to the applicable courier and store policy.

Open-to-Check lets you view the contents of your parcel at delivery. Whether you can use or test the product before paying depends on the courier's procedure, so please message us on WhatsApp before delivery if you'd like to confirm.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Please record a clear, unedited video while opening your parcel, starting before the sealed package is opened. Then contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, the video and a short description of the issue.
